King room in Private villa

Positive: Workspace Negative: This hotel is simply not suitable for families if you are booking rooms. Imagine sitting in the kitchen having breakfast with your children, and suddenly other guests walk in and invade your private space. It’s not just the kitchen either the living room, refrigerator, and stove are all located in shared areas used by other guests. To make matters worse, these areas are monitored by cameras, which makes you feel like you have absolutely no privacy. And imagine discovering that the bathroom is shared between your room and other rooms. Honestly, this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this in a hotel. The hotel also lacks even the most basic amenities you would normally expect anywhere else. There isn’t even drinking water, tea, or coffee provided in the room. The attitude of the receptionist was also extremely disappointing. He made me feel like guests were not welcome in the first place. I had just arrived after a long journey and was exhausted, yet he kept typing on the computer in a way that made me feel as if he was deliberately pretending to be busy and simply didn’t care about serving the customer. What made it even stranger was that the hotel was practically empty, so there was absolutely no reason for such an attitude. Then imagine being told, “We can’t extend your stay because there are no rooms available,” while you can clearly see rooms still available on Booking.com. For families, privacy, basic amenities, and respectful customer service are extremely important. Unfortunately, this hotel does not provide these things to the standard you would expect from a proper place to stay.

Negative: التكييف سيئ جدا لا يمكن التحكم به تم برمجتة مسبق بحيث لايمكن تغير اي شي في سويج الدكت امضيت ليلة كاملة بدون تكييف والمواقف غير جيده وتم اعتراض موقفي من قبل اشخاص في الفلل الاخر في الخروج والدخول
